SA Public Sector Management Program
The Public Sector Management (PSM) Program is a national management Program for aspiring and current middle-to-senior managers working in local, state or commonwealth government across Australia. The Program equips participants to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow, by providing them with the knowledge and abilities required to become effective public sector leaders. Participants will also be awarded with a university-accredited, post-graduate qualification upon completion of the Program.
Since 1992, the South Australian PSM Program has been providing some of the most creative, responsive and innovative leadership development in Australia. It is a vital strand within the public sector’s skill development portfolio.
To date, over 550 participants in South Australia have graduated from this dynamic and customised Program. The PSM Program is industry controlled and focused, and combines tertiary study with experiential learning.
